proverbs
it doesn't seem to matter what mood i am in, i can guarantee u there is always someone i will meet at the other end of the spectrum! i myself am feeling quite happy and energetic today, but the majority of the people i have spoken to today are really struggling to keep a smile on their face! it reminded me of something somebody said to me once, from the book of proverbs..only problem is rememebering it!! hang on...

Proverbs 25:20
'Singing light songs to the heavyhearted is like pouring salt in their wounds.'
Quoted from YP's: We sometimes think only of ourselves, instead of being sensitive to the needs of others. God's way is different however, He knows when we are sad and brings comfort. He realises when we're low and encourages. He appreciates our highs and joins in the fun. He cares about us and it shows. And we would be wise to care about others in the same way. The Holy Spirit can teach us to how to be sensitive to the needs of others. And to say and do the most helpful thing in any situation. All we have to do is ask.
