Temptation affects everyone, and one way of beating it you may think is will power. I thought that for a long time, but I realised after struggling for so long that I wasn't going be able to resist with my own will power, even though I prayed about it and asked God to help, I was still trying to deal with it alone. I now have realised that no will power of mine is going to stop me falling into temptation. The only thing thats going to help me is if I'm filled with the Holy Spirit, and together, with God in control, WE can fight temptation.
